Each individual Zepbound® KwikPen® contains a total of 4 pre-measured weekly doses. The pen requires the manual attachment of a fresh, ultra-thin pen needle prior to each weekly injection.

Administration & Storage Instructions

• Pen Preparation: Subcutaneous injection only. Before each weekly dose, pull off the pen cap, wipe the rubber seal, and firmly attach a new, sterile compatible pen needle.

• Dialing and Injecting: Turn the dose knob until the dose indicator window displays your correct dose icon or number. Inject once weekly into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, ensuring strict rotation of injection spots. Press and hold the injection button fully for 5 seconds to complete delivery.

• Cold Chain Logistics (Unused): Prior to first use, store the Zepbound® KwikPen® in your refrigerator between 36°F–46°F (2°C–8°C). Do not freeze.

• In-Use Storage (Active): Once initialized, the active KwikPen® can be stored at room temperature below 86°F (30°C) OR in the refrigerator for up to 30 days. Always remove and safely discard the needle after injection, and store the pen with its cap securely attached to protect the solution from direct light.

Important Safety & Prescription Notice: Prescription Required (Rx Only). Zepbound® carries a boxed warning regarding the potential risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use if you or anyone in your family has a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Zepbound must not be used concurrently with Mounjaro® or any other GLP-1 receptor agonist medications. The most common side effects are gastrointestinal, including nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, and indigestion. Serious but rare risks include acute pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, and severe dehydration. Dosing plans must be strictly monitored under medical supervision.
